About accommodation

  • What are the basic types of guest rooms?

    We have twins, doubles, suites and rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people.In addition, XNUMX% of the guest rooms are spacious enough to make you feel like you are in a house with a separate living room and bedroom.

  • What are the charges for extra beds and baby cots?

    Extra bed: ¥5,000 (including tax and service charge) Baby bed: Free
    Please let us know when you make a reservation.In addition, please note that the number of both is limited.

  • Is it possible to share a bed with a child who does not need an extra bed?

    It is possible.Children from 0 to 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing bed.

  • By when should I contact you to cancel?Will I be charged again?

    Fees may be charged depending on the date of contact.
    The day before your stay: 20% of the accommodation fee
    On the day: 80% of the accommodation fee
    If we are unable to contact you, we will charge the full amount.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

    We are available at the front desk on the 1st floor.

  • I would like to send my luggage or mail addressed to me to the hotel before the date of my stay.

    Our hotel does not have one.However, 4% of the rooms have a separate living room and bedroom, and there are rooms that can accommodate up to XNUMX people.

  • Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

    Universal rooms are available on the 19th floor.Wheelchairs can be moved into the bathroom.

  • Are there any rooms where you can enjoy the view and the night view from the bathroom?

    You can see the night view from the bathroom only in the suite room.

  • Please tell me about the equipment and amenities in the guest room.

    Towels, dryers, nightwear, toothbrush sets, razors, hairbrushes, shampoos, conditioners, body soaps, body towels, etc.In addition, all rooms are equipped with safety boxes.

    They are located on the 1st basement, 1st and 2nd floors. The 2nd floor is directly connected to JR/Nankai Electric Railway Rinku Town Station via a passageway.
