About accommodation

  • What are the basic types of guest rooms?

    We have twins, doubles, suites and rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people.In addition, XNUMX% of the guest rooms are spacious enough to make you feel like you are in a house with a separate living room and bedroom.
  • What are the charges for extra beds and baby cots?

    Extra bed: ¥5,000 (including tax and service charge) Baby bed: Free

  • Is it possible to share a bed with a child who does not need an extra bed?

    It is possible.Children from 0 to 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing bed.
  • By when should I contact you to cancel?Will I be charged again?

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

    We are available at the front desk on the 1st floor.

    Universal rooms are available on the 19th floor.Wheelchairs can be moved into the bathroom.
  • Are there any rooms where you can enjoy the view and the night view from the bathroom?

    They are located on the 1st basement, 1st and 2nd floors. The 2nd floor is directly connected to JR/Nankai Electric Railway Rinku Town Station via a passageway.

    Although not directly managed by the hotel, there is a membership fitness club on the 7th floor.
